On Friday, February 22, 2013 about 4:30 am I was entering I-55 from Lemont South and I lost control on my car I landed on side in ditch. Suddenly, towing truck just stopped next to me and very nicely asked what happened and asked if he can help. The driver ( I am sorry, I do not know his name) explain that he got call from someone in front of me but he can quick help and pull me out too. I was not sure. However, finally, we agreed and he started his job. Unfortunately, it was not easy, I took risk and tried to come out by myself… I did. Therefore, I did not have chance to say “Thank you for stopping and trying to help me” 🙂 Thank you for the great service. I will recommend your company to my friends.
Gary, I want to thank you for the service you supplied today for our handicapped van. This is the second time this month that you helped us. Both times it was Jeremy on duty. Thank you for the 15 mile tow and the cost of $105. I believe State Farm in Naperville office had contacted you. Jeremy is a very good worker, he makes sure everything is right. When he pulled out of our driveway he was so careful not to damage our trees that line the drive. He is very polite and has a friendly personality. Thank you for the great service. I will recommend your company to my friends.
EXCELLENT!!! My wife and Kids were run off the road and stuck in the deep mud in a cornfield. Green Machine pulled them out, checked the car over, and sent our family on our way. They were incredibly courteous, quick and thorough. We will totally use them again if needed.
They provided a decent service and seemed like they knew what they were doing. Towed my car from house to shop about 4 miles.

I’ve used Green Machine twice to take dead cars to dealer for repair. Operators were prompt, courteous, professional and took very good care of the car. Good equipment, safe and effective, will use them next time. Recommended.
